Spring Coaching - Josie Askin

Josie helps busy people who are caught in a struggle cycle trying to be happier and healthier. Josie understands the struggles her clients face after her own roller-coaster ride to be happier and healthier. She learnt the hard way that holistic approach incorporating balance, small sustainable steps and a focus on progress and behaviour is the best way to achieving any goal.

Prior to establishing Spring Coaching Josie had over 10 years experience working in corporate environments in a range of advisory and strategy roles including most recently at WorkSafe New Zealand. She understands the importance of heath, safety and wellness in the workplace and the challenge of incorporating health and wellbeing into a busy schedule.

​Given Josie's experience she has a particular interest in helping those with Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports (RED-S), osteopenia and osteoporosis, and endometriosis.
